Thank you for reading the facility regulations and for adhering to them, which helps ensure a peaceful and safe stay for our Guests. All other information is provided by the reception.

GENERAL

1. The regulations define the rules for providing services, responsibilities, and staying on the premises of the Facility and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation, paying a deposit, or the full payment for the stay at The Sea Wellness Resort Międzyzdroje.
2. The regulations apply to all Guests staying and visiting on the premises of The Sea Resort Wellness Międzyzdroje, hereinafter referred to as the Facility.
3. The regulations are available for inspection at the reception, in every room, and also on the website / facility regulations.
4. In case of violation of these regulations, the Facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Facility’s demands, settle any outstanding charges for services provided, pay for any damages caused, and leave the Facility's premises.

STAY PERIOD

1. Apartments are rented per day. The day starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. The tenant of the apartment (hereinafter referred to as the Guest) may take possession of the apartment between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, if the room is free and prepared, for an additional fee currently in effect.
3. After the stay period expires, the Guest is obliged to leave the key card at the reception.
4. When renting the apartment, the Guest specifies the duration of their stay. If no duration is specified, it is assumed that the apartment was rented for one day.
5. A request for extending the stay beyond the period specified on the day of arrival should be reported at the reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day the rental period expires; however, this does not bind the Facility. The Guest's stay may be extended subject to availability of apartments. In case of extension, the daily rate valid on the Hotel’s website on the day of the request applies.
6. A Guest not checked out after 10:00 a.m. may be charged an additional fee for late check-out currently in effect.

FEES

1. The current price list of services provided by the Facility is available on the website and at the reception.
2. The fee for the stay is charged according to the offer.
3. The stay fee does not include the tourist tax per person per day.
4. Due to the spa character of the city of Międzyzdroje, a tourist tax applies, charged for each day of stay for adults and children.
5. The amount of the spa fee is set in advance for each year by the resolution of the Międzyzdroje City Council.
6. The spa fee is collected by the Facility and fully transferred to the Międzyzdroje City Hall account.
7. All discounts or reductions granted cannot be combined into one discount.
8. Hotel bills authorized with the Guest's card are not subject to complaints.

GUEST STAY AT THE SEA RESORT MIĘDZYZDROJE

1. The reservation is valid until 24:00 on the planned day of arrival. After this time, the reservation will be canceled. An exception is notification to the reception of a late arrival. Information about cancellation conditions, no-shows, or shortening the stay is included in the reservation confirmation.
2. In case of the Guest's resignation during the day of stay, no fee will be refunded for that day.
3. The Guest is obliged to provide the child's age at the time of the planned stay during the booking process. The current price of stay is available on the website.
4. Every Guest staying overnight is obliged to register upon arrival.
5. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day. Intoxicated Guests or those disturbing the peace of others (Art. 51 Code of Misdemeanors) will not be accepted.
6. Unregistered persons may stay in the Guest’s apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., after prior notification at the Facility reception.
7. Guests may not transfer rooms to third parties. Additionally, Guests may not transfer a vacated room to others, even if the paid stay period has not yet expired.
8. No information about personal data of our Guests is provided to third parties.
9. Guests arriving with a pet are additionally required to comply with the provisions of the Pet Stay Regulations at The Sea Resort Wellness Międzyzdroje.
10. The Facility is not responsible for belongings left unattended by Guests.
11. The Guest should inform the reception immediately after noticing property damage.
12. Due to fire protection requirements, personal electric devices such as heaters, irons are not allowed in apartments. This rule does not apply to chargers, laptops, hairdryers, straighteners, and curling irons.
13. For safety reasons, Guests should check that doors and windows are closed when leaving the room.
14. The Guest is financially responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage to furnishings and technical equipment of the Facility caused by themselves, their visitors, or pets under their care (Art. 415 and Art. 431 Civil Code).
15. The Facility is not responsible for damage or loss of cars or other vehicles owned by the Guest (Art. 846 §4 Civil Code). The Guest acknowledges that the parking lot (garage) on the premises is unguarded, electronically monitored only at the entrance – opened and closed with a card issued at the reception.
16. Disabled Guests have the right to stay with an assistance dog, as defined by the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 123 item 776). However, dogs considered dangerous (according to the Ministry of Interior and Administration regulations) and animals that may pose a threat to human life or health, especially venomous animals, are not allowed on the premises. Furthermore, animals are prohibited in the restaurant, SPA area, and pool.
17. The Facility reserves the right to charge the Guest for any bathrobe not returned, according to rates indicated at the reception on the day of checkout.
18. Towels are standard room equipment. Please leave the complete set of towels in the room on the day of departure.
19. Smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all rooms and on balconies. Non-compliance will result in a fine of PLN 1000.00.
20. It is forbidden to take towels and bedspreads out of the rooms and beyond the resort premises.
21. Taking food out of the restaurant is prohibited. In case of violation, the Facility is entitled to charge the Guest with fees according to the restaurant prices valid on the day the violation was detected.
22. In individual cases (e.g., illness), requests for meals to be delivered to rooms should be reported at the reception or to restaurant staff.
23. Guests who have booked packages including dinner and inform the reception about arrival after 8:00 p.m. will receive a plate of cold snacks in the room as part of the dinner package.
24. Wearing bathrobes is prohibited in the restaurant and bars.
25. For the safety of Guests and staff, selected areas of the Facility are monitored. Data collected from monitoring is deleted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of recording.

RESORT SERVICES

1. The Facility provides rental services. In case of any complaints regarding service quality, please report them as soon as possible to the Facility reception to enable immediate staff response.
2. The Facility is obliged to provide:
• conditions for the Guest's full and unrestricted rest,
• confidentiality of Guest information,
• professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Facility.
3. The Facility is obliged to provide linen and towel changes every three days or upon Guest request.
4. The Facility provides free of charge upon Guest request the following services: • information related to the stay and travel, • wake-up calls, • storage of Guests’ luggage at the reception while waiting for check-in.
5. The Guest agrees to have items left on the Facility premises sent to the address indicated in the registration card at their expense.
6. If no address is provided, the Facility will keep found items for 3 months.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1. In case of cancellation of a reserved stay, the Guest will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
a) Non-refundable reservation with 40% prepayment: To finalize a reservation, a 40% prepayment of the reservation value is required via online payment system or bank transfer within 7 days from the reservation date. If the reservation is canceled or the Guest fails to arrive on the day of arrival, the prepayment is forfeited.
b) Non-refundable reservation - 100% prepayment: To finalize a reservation, full payment in advance is required via online payment system or bank transfer within 1 day from the reservation date. If the reservation is canceled or the Guest fails to arrive on the day of arrival, the payment is forfeited.
c) The Guest may make one free one-time change of reservation (no later than 3 days before arrival) to any available date. If the new date is more expensive than the original, the price will be updated and the Guest must pay the difference. If the new date is cheaper, the price remains unchanged.
d) Each subsequent reservation change costs PLN 200. If the new date is more expensive than the original, the price will be updated and the Guest must pay the difference. If the new date is cheaper, the price remains unchanged.
e) If the Guest fails to arrive without canceling the reservation, changes to the reservation are not possible.
f) In case of shortening the stay, the Guest is obliged to pay 100% of the entire reserved stay. Payments made are non-refundable.
