The heart of our wellness zone is the pool, offering an unobstructed view of the endless sea. From the pool, you can step directly onto the outdoor terrace, located right above the Baltic Sea, to breathe in the fresh sea breeze.

Complementing the water relaxation is the indoor jacuzzi, perfect for peaceful moments in warmth
and silence, as well as the outdoor jacuzzi, situated on the terrace overlooking the sea – allowing you to immerse yourself in soothing water while listening to the sound of the waves and feeling the sea breeze on your face.
Beyond the water area, guests have at their disposal an elegant relaxation space, whose intimate atmosphere is created by subtly burning fireplaces – an ideal place for unhurried moments with a book or in the company of loved ones.

Saunas

For lovers of warmth and deep regeneration, we have prepared three diverse saunas at The Sea, which form the foundation of holistic renewal.

Each of them offers a different form of relaxation, tailored to your needs, and the saunas with a sea view take sauna bathing to a whole new level. This new ritual is combined here with a direct sea bath, which adds energy and intensifies the renewal effect.

Gym

Our gym is an intimate yet fully functional space designed for those who do not want to give up on activity during their stay. We focused on high-quality cardio equipment that allows for effective fitness training and a morning warm-up in comfortable conditions.

It is the perfect place to complement the regeneration process with a dose of healthy movement and recharge your batteries before a day full of seaside adventures.

in our wellness area, we have also created a spacious fitness room dedicated to physical activities of varying intensity. It is a place where energy meets the harmony of body and mind, creating the perfect conditions for daily activity.

Saunas you will find at THE SEA

Sauna with sea view (Finnish)

This is our pride – a classic dry sauna with a high temperature (approx. 90-100°C) and low humidity (approx. 10%). The glass wall allows you to admire the view of the beach and sea during the session, giving the body hardening a completely new, meditative dimension.

Steam bath

Offers wonderful relaxation in a less hot but much more humid atmosphere (43-55°C, 100% relative humidity). The steam perfectly relaxes and cleanses the respiratory tract, moisturizes the skin, and also provides relief from rheumatic ailments.

Bio Sauna

It is an excellent alternative for people looking for moderate temperatures and a gentler form of relaxation (45-100°C, 3-55% humidity). The sanarium offers relaxation that positively affects health: gentle heat and a cardiovascular-friendly climate can lower blood pressure and alleviate ischemic problems.
