TOMASZ PALACZ

President of the Management Board of Minde. Manager
with 20+ years of experience in the development industry, passionately creating living spaces. Under his leadership, both as President of the Management Board and technical director, over 1100 residential units have been successfully completed – from intimate housing estates to large-scale multi-family investments. His extensive achievements guarantee reliability and efficiency.

ADAM LEBIODA

Member of the Management Board of Minde & legal counsel. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University. Since 2000, he has been running his own commercial law firm and has been active in the structures of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań for five terms. As a member of the management board of Minde Sp. z o.o., he is responsible for corporate supervision and investment structuring. His many years of experience and professionalism are a guarantee of reliability.

ROBERT KASPRZAK

Experienced Project Manager, Project Director, who has completed over 20 investments. Civil engineer with 20+ years of practice, graduate of Poznan University of Technology. Serving as Project Director since the beginning of the project; currently also coordinating the investment implementation process in cooperation with Minde company. Previously, among others, Vice President and Board Member of Awbud S.A. and Regional Director at HOCHTIEF

PAWEŁ JAKUBOWSKI

Master of Engineering in Construction with extensive experience in executing complex construction projects. Since 2023, he has served as Construction Manager, overseeing comprehensive investments. His recent projects include the expansion of the GLP Wysogotowo warehouse hall with office buildings and the current (2024) construction of a complex of 3 buildings in the land part of the yacht marina along with technical infrastructure.

Over 35 years in the hotel industry – from operations to strategic management in the largest chains (including 20 years at ORBIS/ACCOR). Launched and managed leading premium properties: Wave Międzyzdroje Resort & Spa, Hotel Bryza in Jurata, and Hotel Natura Mazur, where he exceeded the financial plan threefold in the first year.
