§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – survey request or answering a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

We use services of software companies and companies maintaining IT systems, with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared and none of these companies have the right to process data other than as specified in the contract. Your data, if accessible to the company, may only be processed for the purpose of proper service delivery.
